– When spooky becomes cutie 🙂
Halloween is just around the corner and these lip and cheek tints in spooky but cutie packaging reminds me so much of it! They looks so adorable right? Yadah’s BE MY TINTS (P475.00) are water-based cheek and lip tints and I was able to try two shades from the range: 02 Peach Coral and 01 Wannabe Pink. The packaging is really cute, it has a twist-able cap and a reservoir tip applicator.
The colors are pigmented, easy to apply and light on the lips. Given that my lips are naturally dry, it did not accentuated the dry patches that much. Does it settles on the inner part of the lips like most water tints do? – yes but only minimal. These tints are transfer-proof but the pigment lessens a bit as you drink and eat oily food. At the end of the day, it leaves a stain on the lips that still looks decent and girl these tints smells yummy! If only I can eat them 😉
As compared from my hand swatches, the color of the Be My Tints darkens once applied on the lips. As you can tell, the peachy-coral shade is almost gone and instead it transformed into a pinkish color on my lips.
While the shade wannabe pink translated into more of a hot pink hue. I like how it instantly brings life on my over-all look.
You can tell in the photo above that even I removed the tint on my lips with a wet wipe, that stain it leave was still nice and has an obvious pigment.
The AUTO LIP CRAYONS (P450.00) are crayon-shaped lipsticks with a twist-able packaging. I have the shades: 01 Dazzling Red and 04 Rose Coral
They have a very nice color pay-off both on the swatch and on the lips. Its really moisturizing, pigmented, glides easily on the lips and lightweight. These lippies are not transfer-proof though and requires you to re-apply after every meal. But what I absolutely love about these lip crayons is that they can also be used as a cheek blush and as an eye shadow.
Unlike the Be My Tints, the color of the Auto Lip Crayons remains exactly the same from the hand swatch and on the lips. I love the peachy shade of the Rose Coral – nakaka fresh! A color that can be worn for everyday.
Dazzling Red is more of an “orangey” kind of red making it still wearable and flattering.
All the shades that I featured in this blog can best suit girls with light and fair skin tones. They can be worn for everyday and helps to brighten up the over-all look. They are comfortable on the lips, pigmented, long lasting and non-drying.
