Either working from home or already physically reporting to work or school, skincare should still be a must. Oftentimes, we need to quickly move in the morning so it’s better not to complicate things. Here are the only four products that I use in my routine, which are all nearly empty by the way, so rest assured that they are well loved.

A skincare routine should always start with cleansing the face, before, during or after your bath, up to you. Aloe Vera + Calendula is such a good combination. Both helps hydrate, smoothen, moisturize and soothe irritated skin. This cream wash from Zenutrients (P280) is gentle even for sensitive skin, produces a good lather and smells good too.

Centella asiatica and Niacinamide as skincare ingredients also provides a ton of benefits. This Lana (another local brand like Zenutrients), DNA Repair Elixir (P549) smells like powder, has a light consistency making it easily absorbed by the skin. You will love that’s its non-sticky and packaged nicely, team puti and kahoy ftw! 🙂 I highly recommend this cell-repair serum for travelling / commuting gals and guys because it claims to protect and repair the skin that’s been exposes to pollution.

Of course, the ever so important, a broad spectrum sunscreen. Another powdery scent product from LANA is the Skin Protect Brightening Sunblock (P349) with SPF 80. It provides a semi-matte finish and can act as a primer which is well and good, its non-sticky and leaves no white cast. Yes, the brightening effects is also visible on the skin. Some of its ingredients are Niacinamide, Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide making it reef-friendly.

Lastly, to hydrate those lips before applying a lip makeup or simply right before wearing a face mask, Burt’s Bees moisturizing lip balms (P225) are a given, there are so many flavors to choose from.

AM skincare routine shouldn’t be complicated and you really do not need a lot of products to use in order to protect your skin.
