Last Minute Halloween Trick or Treat Prep

It’s roughly two days left before Halloween. If you’re like me who will co-host a simple Halloween party with my pamangkins, this blog is for you. Here are some last minute ideas that will help you curate your trick or treat bag, score Halloween decorations or get creepy presents for whoever you want to surprise on October 31st.

CREEPY HALLOWEEN PRESENTS AND DECORS

I discovered a pop-up store in Lucky Chinatown Mall – Binondo Manila. LCM actually has two connecting buildings, the store is located on the upper level of the building where the goods are sold on whole-sale prices.

There are so many creepy plushies and toys there, pillows, pumpkins and decors for the Halloween table. It’s a shame I wasn’t able to take a photo of the intricately designed pumpkins in different sizes, styles and colors, super good quality. I think they are imported products based on the tags in dollars. Price ranges from 3 for P100.00 to P450.00 a piece depending on the item.

I got these cute little pumpkins for just P100.00 for three pieces already. They are squishy and cute!

TRICK OR TREAT BAGS

Leaning against the usual pumpkin orange basket, I looked for a trick or treat bag that can be re-used by the kids. For my three nieces, I got them cute little tote bags from Shopee – Gift Box and Chocolates for just P59.00 each. My tip is to message the seller and asked her to communicate via FB messenger instead. Since shipping and delivery may post delays, I requested her that I will just have the bags picked up by a Lalamove rider. I received them in just under an hour. I noticed on the barcode that the bags are actually from the National Book Store at P129.00 each, I saved a lot!

This adorable drawstring bag is from the same shop, for my nephew naman. Same, P59.00 only.

Of course, what the kids are really looking forward to are the candies and chocolates. I just throw in everything I think they will like. Something Elsa is mandatory, haha! An egg surprise from Kinder Joy, Nerds, lollipops and more. I included the cute pumpkins on each bag as well.

I can’t wait to give the trick or treat bags to the kinds and hear them say “WOW!” HAPPY HALLOWEEN GUYS!
